YUNGBLUD: IDOLS Photography Exhibition By Tom Pallant Opens In London In November

Tom Pallant‘s photography exhibition YUNGBLUD: IDOLS opens in London on 20th November 2026. Behind The Gallery presents the show at Union Pacific, 17 Goulston Street, E1 7TP. Entry is free, and the exhibition runs until 22nd November.

Pallant is a British photographer and a three-time winner at the Abbey Road Music Photography Awards (2023, 2024 and 2026). He is YUNGBLUD‘s long-time photographer and creative director. According to the announcement, he has documented the artist’s rise through sold-out concerts around the world, three Grammy nominations, four number 1 albums and a performance at Villa Park for Back to the Beginning.

The exhibition covers the recording and writing process for IDOLS, the initial release of the album and the live shows where the songs were played. The photographs are black and white. The London show follows its world debut in Sydney earlier this year, and many of the photographs on display have not been seen publicly before.

All prints are limited-edition archival works on Hahnemuhle paper. Pallant hand-signs them, and they are available to buy at the gallery.

Pallant said: “Being able to bring this show to London and share the IDOLS world at home is going to be super special. As we close the chapter on IDOLS, this feels like the right moment to bring together a collection of our favourite work, including a lot of images that both we and others might have missed along the way. This exhibition builds on the foundation we made in Sydney. I’ve always been drawn to the moments that happen around a performance as much as the performance itself, the exhaustion, the chaos, the feeling of putting everything you have into something. I’m hoping people are able to view IDOLS as a whole project and see the journey we all went on.”

Stephen Dallimore, Creative Director of Behind The Gallery, said: “Tom Pallant’s photography uniquely captures the raw emotional energy of Yungblud, an artist who has taken the world by storm, and it feels only right that UK fans now get to be part of that story. It’s very rare that one photographer can tell an artist’s world like Tom can with Yungblud. Over the course of the exhibition, we’ll celebrate with fans these powerful images through photography, music and storytelling.”

The exhibition includes two events. An album playback takes place on Friday 20th November, and Pallant holds an artist Q&A on Saturday 21st November.

Opening times:

  • Friday 20th November: 10am–5pm, with the album playback at 6.30pm
  • Saturday 21st November: 10am–5pm, with the talk with Pallant at 12.30pm
  • Sunday 22nd November: 11am–4pm

Pallant’s work spans live music, portraiture and video. His collaborators include Blur, The Cure and The Hives.
