RADAR Festival 2027 announces first wave of bands: Arcane Roots, Volumes, Vower, and more

RADAR Festival has announced the initial line-up for its 2027 event, which takes place from 30th July to 1st August. The festival is moving to a new location at Magna in Sheffield.

The first wave of bands joins previously announced headliner Mick Gordon, who is set to make his full live debut at the festival. The newly confirmed acts include Arcane Roots, Volumes (UK exclusive), Unprocessed (UK exclusive), Conjurer, Textures (UK exclusive), Vower, Allt (UK exclusive), Avralize (UK exclusive), The Algorithm (EU exclusive comeback show), Karmanjakah (UK exclusive), XO Armor, Revnoir, TheBoyShadow, Leeched, Every Hell, Cold Night For Alligators, Brightshade, Worn Out, Blood Lament, and Your Personal Vendetta.

Catherine Jackson-Smith of RADAR comments that the festival has wanted to book Arcane Roots since the event began, and that their return from hiatus made the booking possible. She also notes the return of Unprocessed, Volumes, The Algorithm, and Textures, alongside new bands.

The festival is introducing a new space called The Geezer’s Arms, which will operate as a pub run by a collective named Pintglass.

RADAR Festival 2027 will be held at Magna, a former steelworks now operating as a science adventure centre in Sheffield.

Tickets for the festival are available from the RADAR Festival website. Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Tier 1 tickets are sold out, with Tier 2 tickets currently on sale.
