ArcTanGent Festival is packing up and heading for the hills, revealing the first wave of its debut edition at a brand new site, with Blood Incantation and Neurosis crowned main stage headliners.
For the first time in its history, the festival is changing address, settling into Todenham Manor Farm near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. The party runs from Thursday 19th to Saturday 21st August 2027, and four-day ticket holders can get in early on Wednesday 18th August to claim their spot.
Thursday belongs to Blood Incantation. The Denver progressive death metal crew arrive fresh off All Gates Open, the soundtrack to their documentary film of the same name. Saturday is Neurosis‘s night. The Oakland post-metal titans are back on stage with vocalist Aaron Turner (Sumac, Isis), and they surprise-dropped the album An Undying Love For A Burning World in March.

Psychonaut, Lowen, If These Trees Could Talk, Crown Lands, A Forest Of Stars, Victor Villarreal and Zatokrev join a long list of others, and the line-up as it currently stands is waiting on the festival website.
Festival organiser and booker James Scarlett said: “There’s no better way to kickstart the new chapter of ArcTanGent, for the first year at our new location in the Cotswolds, than with two of our most requested headliners. Both bands are absolutely solid gold headliners – anyone that listens to 2 Promoters, 1 Pod will likely be sick of hearing me wax lyrical about the new Neurosis album. To have them along with Blood Incantation – a band it’s frankly criminal they haven’t played before – is the dream way to kick off a new edition of ArcTanGent.”
Ginger of The Wildhearts added: “We are so excited to come up with a unique, one time only set showcasing just how musical The Wildhearts are. Jaws will drop, minds will blow and joy will abound. This is going to be more fun than should be legal.”
The new site at Todenham Manor Farm sits roughly two hours’ drive from London, one hour 25 minutes from Bristol and one hour from Birmingham. Early Bird tickets are on sale at 20% off; Super Early Bird tickets have sold out; VIP and four-day tickets are running low; day tickets are also available.
