All Points East sent out a cryptic email to Twenty One Pilots‘ fans recently with a letter to decode, continuing in Twenty One Pilots’ footsteps of creating puzzles for fans to decipher. The letter left fans guessing who the other openers could be, joining the previously announced Wunderhorse, REN, BBNO$, Kid Kapichi, PVRIS, Nova Twins, Dead Pony and LEAP.

All Points East has added a large number of names including big and small artists from all over the world. They have every corner of the rock genre covered from punk to pop to indie and everything in between.

If punk rock is your thing, I recommend checking out Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers from Australia! They put on a high energy show with amazing stage presence. Having supported the likes of the Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam in stadiums and arenas across Australia and the United States in recent years and having hopped on a European tour with The Vaccines, they sure know how to wake up a crowd and get everyone raring to go.

Or for a different approach, you could check out Noahfinnce, known for his on the nose lyrics, speaking out about societal injustices as well as mental health issues. He started his career by covering Twenty One Pilots songs on Youtube and was recently included in Rock Sound‘s Twenty One Pilots tribute album covering ‘The Judge’. His debut album ‘GROWING UP ON THE INTERNET‘ approaches how being in the spotlight at such a young age affected him, accompanied by heavy riffs and catchy lyrics.

Another artist to keep an eye on is Emi Grace, she built a following after going viral on TikTok doing ‘Trashy Tone Thursdays’ where she would freestyle incredible guitar solos over tracks. She recently released her first EP ‘Oh, Honey Isn’t It A Shame Now‘ which features many funky guitar riffs and solos alongside her outspoken lyrics. She doesn’t hold back in any way, her performance is sure to be electric (no pun intended)!
Song Recommendation: Talk About It

Mouth Culture and Artio have been staples in the UK indie scene these last few years. They both put on riotous shows full of heavy riffs, pop elements and grungy tones. You can expect loud singalongs during Mouth Culture‘s performances due to the anthemic nature of their songwriting as well as mosh pits and crowd surfers. While Artio have a calmer approach to their set, they still deliver a high energy performances with heavy riffs and intriguing electronic production. Artio have also covered Twenty One Pilots‘ ‘Hometown‘ which I highly recommend checking out!
Song Recommendations: Sharkbait & Babyface

If you are looking for a more pop approach, Honey Revenge has got you covered! The American duo deliver high energy sets full of high kicks that get the crowd going. Mixing bubblegum pop with heavy alt-rock and emo infusions, they create emotionally vulnerable songs that many can relate to, covering themes of overthinking, control and personal relationships.
Song Recommendation: Hot Commodity

Royal and the Serpent will return to the UK following the release of her upcoming album ‘Emptiness Is Godly‘. Previously known for her punk/ rock sound, she takes us in a new sonic direction with this album; the album has a more mellow pop sound with heavier electronic breakdowns and production. It is a truly unique sound unlike anything I’ve ever heard before, it will be interesting to see how it translates during a live show. She also recently covered ‘Doubt‘ for Rock Sound‘s tribute album, which is worth checking out to see how she approaches the Twenty One Pilots’ staple.
Song Recommendation: Steering (So Fast)

If you are looking for more from a performance, you can catch Half-Alive and Jessie Murph with their dancers and choreography.
Half Alive has previously supported Twenty One Pilots on tour and takes a theatrical approach to their music including choreography, playing with shadows and spray painting a canvas during their set which ties their music together and creates a fully immersive experience.
As for Jessie Murph, she knows no boundaries when it comes to genres, combining pop with country, trap, hip hop and RnB. She captivates her audience and leaves them starstruck with her distinctive vocals all while performing her choreography so effortlessly. Meanwhile her ability to story tell with her lyrics will have you listening in awe.
Song Recommendations: Automatic & Drunk in the Bathtub
All these bands will, no doubt, create the most insane atmosphere at All Points East! It is set to be incredible! Go check out their music and get the last few tickets while you still can!
