GREYWIND have released yearning new single ‘Moon🌒’

The Irish Emo band Greywind has unveiled it’s latest “comforting” single, ’Moon’, from their upcoming album Severed Heart City, that is set to release on 19th September via FLG.

The brother-sister duo has released a heart-melting music video, as well as a striking visualiser, portraying the story about the Earth’s natural satellite as a reminder of the connections with our loved ones.

“We had Moon written before our first album was even released, so it’s been a song that has been through a lot with us and we can’t wait for it to finally be free for the world to hear,” says guitarist Paul O’Sullivan. “It’s a song about longing for someone and hoping they’re thinking about you too.”

“I always picture myself sitting on a windowsill, looking up at the moon and dreaming that the person I’m thinking about is doing the exact same thing at that moment,” adds vocalist Steph O’Sullivan. “If you’re in a long distance relationship or even a friendship with someone far away, it’s comforting to look at the moon knowing they’re under it too.”
