Mumford & Sons are back on the Great Oak Stage on Saturday 4 July 2026, 10 years since their last legendary appearance.
For the band born in West London’s grassroots music scene, this is more than a show: it’s a homecoming. They will be joined by special guest The War On Drugs with more artists expected to be revealed soon. Tickets on sale Thursday 4 December at 10am.
Mumford & Sons latest album Prizefighter will be released on February 13th. Recorded at Long Pond Studio, it was co-written and co-produced by Aaron Dessner. It features artists such as Hozier, Gracie Abrams, Chris Stapleton and Gigi Perez.
In a statement, following the BST Hyde Park announcement, the band said: “Hyde Park is woven into our story, it’s where so many memories were made. Coming back a decade later, with all this new music, feels incredibly special. London is and always will be the band’s home. We can’t wait.”

Support act, The War on Drugs have steadily emerged as one of this century’s great rock and roll synthesists, bridging the gap between the underground and the mainstream. The New Yorker called them “the best American rock band of this decade” back when they released A Deeper Understanding and they have received plenty of accolades since then, including Grammy and Brit awards nominations.
Other announced 2026 BST Hyde Park headliners are country star Garth Brooks, who will be taking the stage on Saturday June 27th, Pitbull, on Friday July 10th, and Lewis Capaldi, who will headline two dates, Saturday 11th July and Sunday July 12th.
