Swedish Viking metal giants Amon Amarth have announced “The Allfather Awakens”, a major UK and European headline tour set for Autumn 2026. The tour features a fully Swedish lineup, with modern death metal band Orbit Culture and melodic death metal veterans Soilwork providing support.
Fresh off summer shows supporting Slayer in Cardiff and London, plus a US run with Pantera, the band will debut a new theatrical stage production during these dates. Fans can expect an extended headline set across all stops.
The tour kicks off in Manchester on 9 October 2026, followed by London (10 October) and Wolverhampton (11 October). The European leg begins in Paris on 13 October, with shows spanning Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal.
Tickets go on sale Friday 28 November at 9am GMT / 10am CET via amonamarth.com/tour.
This announcement follows the recent release of their new single “We Rule The Waves”, the band’s first new music in years. Amon Amarth also confirmed a new album will arrive by late 2026.
